Dear WWOOF Host,
We hope you have a successful season behind you and are looking forward to another year welcoming WWOOFers to your farm/homestead. 🌸
We wanted to share a couple of important updates to help you make the most of your hosting experience and attract the right WWOOFers.
1️⃣ Keep your profile up to date
Your profile is your first impression for WWOOFers — so make sure it clearly reflects what you offer and your hosting style. This includes:
- Clear photos of your farm and accommodations (and a profile picture of yourself!)
- A detailed description of your farm, your family situation, typical day at the farm
- Updated availability & what WWOOFers can expect: will they be alone? Will there be other WWOOFers? What will they be doing specifically?
The more information the better!
2️⃣ The WWOOF app is live! 📲
We’re thrilled to announce that the new WWOOF app is now live! This means you can:
- Easily reply to messages from WWOOFers straight from your phone
- Manage your hosting calendar on the go
- Stay connected wherever you are
We’d love to see a 100% reply rate from hosts — not only does this create a better experience for WWOOFers, but it also strengthens our WWOOF community.
The app makes this easier than ever.
